Brewer Arena Improvements

Member of EWIG/LASOA; said the groups still have concerns but are too far along to change much. Questioned restroom closure months, contract exclusions like phasing and landscaping, and criticized the county for designing before engaging user groups.

President of LASOA; appreciated cooperation but stressed the groups raised the same concerns in early 2025 and were ignored until November. Clarified restrooms close roughly late September through April due to freezing.

Thanked the team for the final design but noted the original designer lacked equine/rodeo knowledge; asked about arena closures during construction and continued trail and arena access.
